SUMMER STAPLE!!

A Summer staple for every lady is SUNSCREEN!! It keeps your skin protected, so what is better for your beach bag than this new product from BARE Minerals! I am a recent Bare minerals convert, I love the make-up its amazing. It doesn't run if you sweat in the summer heat, and won't leave you streaky. Since I started wearing it a month ago I have received several compliments on how young I look for my age. Even that I look too young to have 2 kids!! Wow. Thanks Bare Minerals!

This little powder/brush combo is completely portable for quick touch-ups or a light easy application on days when you just want a very light coverage in a quick amount of time. I bought this at my local sephora and have used it on a regular basis ever since. And it really does help with protecting against sun's rays I wore it at the beach and didn't burn my face and looked flawless at the same time! This makeup rocks!

BANANAS FOR BLACK!!!!

I can't help myself !! I am Bananas for Black right now! I am not sure why I have this pull towards black right now. I haven't ever had a closet full of black clothing, but do occasionally buy something in black. WEll apparently its my new fave...i sure hope the age/mommy factor isn't leading the way. I am going to explain it as building with basics and black is a basic for sure!

Everything I have purchased recently has been black! I bought a great racer back cotton tank from forever 21 in black. The next thing I bought was the perfect LBB (little black bikini) by hurley partnered with Bar Rafelali.

The third Black recent addition was my black Dolce vita caged booties! These shoes are HOT! and the pic doesn't do them justice. My husband was a cheerleader for me to get them, he liked them so much....not to mention the girl walking by whispering to her friend how awesome they were on me!! ;) Not the black flat sandals that my closet needed....but sometimes you need a little WoW these are it!!

MY ULTIMATE CLOSET CHECKLIST!!

Like any other fashion obsessed girl I dream of a closet stocked with my fav designer names , to die for handbags, killer shoes, and great basics!! SO TYPICAL...I KNOW!! Its so tough to decide what is worthy of my spending as it is limited ;( So I have been thinking this post over for a very long time!



Since I am a stay at home mommy I need cute loungy clothing for everyday. I don't need a closet full of special things that would just be foolish since the only people to see stuff would be my little boys. What is important to me is being able to walk out of the house in the first thing I put on and look fabulous on those days when we go places.




To sprinkle my wardrobe with a small amount of wow pieces and cover all my fav designers I have tried to limit my list to only one item per designer....atleast to get me started. Alot of the items I love are from past seasons so it really makes them that much special if I ever got my hands on them! I dug around and this is the list I came up with...ENJOY!!
